Our aim is to provide a highly professional service to all our clients, both buyers and sellers, with customer satisfaction being our primary concern. Whether you have a whole house to clear or just a few treasured items to sell, we can advise on selling at auction.
Valuation for Auction: (By Appointment Only)
We are pleased to offer free valuations at our offices, Monday to Friday, by appointment only. Items can be brought in between the hours of 09:00 – 13:00 during the week following each auction and one of out valuers will be able to tell you more about the piece(s) and give you an idea as to the value and probable auction estimate. Appointments can be arranged by e-mail to Info@Ahalgarve.com or by telephoning the office on +351 289 832 380.
For larger items, or large quantities, we can view items at your home or business if more convenient. For this service there will be a small charge to cover travel expenses which will be dependent on the distance travelled.
Collection and delivery of goods for consignment to auction can be arranged. AHAlgarve uses a local transport and storage company.
Valuations can also be requested via email by sending attached images and descriptions to Info@AHAlgarve.com. Please note that due to the large number of emails we receive it may take up to 5 working days to receive a reply via email.
Full House Clearance Service:
AHAlgarve provide a fast, efficient and professional house clearance service, whereby we visit the property to be cleared and advise on the saleability of the contents. All saleable items are then entered into one of our upcoming monthly auctions. We can arrange packing and transport of these items to the saleroom. We can also dispose of any goods that are not suitable for sale at auction, leaving the property completely empty and ready for sale or occupation.
All items entered for sale at auction are sold subject to our usual lot fees and commission.
We can also provide valuations of fixtures and fittings for those moving house and for the purposes of family division.

Cleaning Services
If you bring products to our auction house that are soiled or require polishing, etc, we provide a cleaning service at a cost of €5 plus IVA per 20 minutes.
Storage
We can provide comprehensive and flexible secured storage space on a short or long term basis. Cost of storage is from €7 per cubic metre per month. Please contact us for a quotation.
