– A Pair of very large bronze figural statues standing on fountain plinths. Figures are crouched in a defensive position wielding a sword and shield and wearing greaves.
One statue depicts the Greek hero Hercules with the Nemean Lion’s pelt over one shoulder, and the other depicting Jason from the Argonauts with the Golden fleece slung over one shoulder.
Statues are signed to the bases.
Raised on identical large square fountain plinths with four lions heads and water spots to each mouth. Three sides depicting battle scenes, and a coat of arms to the front
Condition: Overall very good. with verdigris patina throughout. Surface marks commensurate to outdoor exposition.
